About this Event
Come ready for a hands-on, artisanal cheese-making experience at Mimmo's Mozzarella. You'll twist and knot the mozzarella cheese you'll bring home with you, in a traditional way, just like Bruno Ponce and his team have being doing at their establishment in North Miami. After the workshop, you'll taste a selection of cheese accompanied by wine and music.
*Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes!
