Come for a hands-on, artisanal cheese-making experience! At Mimmo's Mozzarella you'll twist and knot the mozzarella cheese you'll bring home with you, in a traditional way, just like Bruno Ponce and his team have being doing at their establishment in North Miami. After the workshop you'll taste a selection of cheese and meat, accompanied by wine and music.
